I have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and nearly 20 years of experience helping people feel and function at their best. My background includes improving well-being in the workplace through individual and group sessions, developing executives and mangers to lead with thoughtful confidence, and fostering positive cultures with greater compassion and connectedness. Today, I bring that same science of well-being directly to individuals, couples, and groups - supporting meaningful change in everyday life.
I use tools and strategies from Positive Psychology, an evidence-based field that draws from both eastern and western philosophies, focusing on methods that help people thrive. These practices are grounded in research but centered on real-life experiences: leaving you feeling energized, connected, purposeful, and resilient. Every day we are confronted with challenges. While this isn't therapy, it can complement therapeutic work or stand on its own by reframing the way you look at the world and facilitating positive behavior change. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions—my role is to be a supportive partner, bringing structure, encouragement, joy and science to your well-being journey.
All sessions are remote, offering flexibility and consistency. Each week, we’ll explore a new strategy, apply it to your daily life, and reflect together.

Originally from the DC area, I moved to Durham, NC in 2014 with my partner, Rachel, our daughter, Sadie, and our one cat at the time (now we have two cats and a hamster). You can catch me playing music around the Triangle with my cover band The Back Roads. Rachel followed her dream and owns the artful boutique Tigress, and Sadie is a huge theater kid, having already performed in over 15 plays! Both inspire me daily.
