Privacy Policy

The Provider will maintain confidentiality of the Participant's personal information. While the Provider encourages open sharing within the Program, both the Participant and Provider are expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared during sessions.

Disclosure of the Participant's personal information will only occur in the following limited circumstances:
• Legal Requirements: If the Provider is required by law (e.g., by court order, subpoena, or other legal process) to disclose certain information, they will comply with such legal obligations to the extent required. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify the Participant prior to such disclosure, where legally permissible.
• Health and Safety: If the Provider or a Facilitator has a reasonable belief that the Participant poses a serious and imminent risk of harm to themselves or others, they may disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities, emergency contacts, or healthcare professionals to ensure safety and wellbeing.
