The Provider will maintain confidentiality of the Participant's personal information. While the Provider encourages open sharing within the Program, both the Participant and Provider are expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared during sessions.

Disclosure of the Participant's personal information will only occur in the following limited circumstances:
• Legal Requirements: If the Provider is required by law (e.g., by court order, subpoena, or other legal process) to disclose certain information, they will comply with such legal obligations to the extent required. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify the Participant prior to such disclosure, where legally permissible.
• Health and Safety: If the Provider or a Facilitator has a reasonable belief that the Participant poses a serious and imminent risk of harm to themselves or others, they may disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities, emergency contacts, or healthcare professionals to ensure safety and wellbeing.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, message, scheduling details, and information you choose to submit through a contact or program intake form.

Squarespace, Google Analytics, and similar technologies may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, and visit dates and times. Calendly collects the information needed to schedule and manage appointments.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide requested services, administer programs, communicate about appointments, maintain site security and functionality, and understand how visitors use the website.

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SHARING

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or crisis care. Please do not submit urgent or highly sensitive medical or mental-health information through general website forms or email. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact 911 or an appropriate emergency service.

CHILDREN

This website and its services are not directed to children under 18, and personal information from children is not knowingly collected through the website without appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian.
