- A stronger sense of purpose
- Everyday habits that reflect your values
- More intentional use of your time
- Growth through a new chapter—or ordinary life

Hi everyone, I’m Jesse Erdheim, I/O psychologist, behavior change specialist, and integrative health and well-being coach, here to guide you on your journey to thrive.
Here’s how we do it. Each week we meet remotely to explore a new well-being tool, like gratitude, tailored to your goals. You’ll apply it, reflect on the experience in your journal, and together we’ll uncover insights that move you forward.
When you’re ready to build your resilience and flourish, I’m here. Let’s talk and explore how to get you where you want to be.
I bring a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and two decades of experience supporting people’s development to a warm, collaborative coaching relationship.
I’m also a Duke-certified Health & Well-Being Coach and the author of A FULL CUP: Reflections on Living Well.
We’ll work with your strengths and the realities of your everyday life. My role is to offer perspective, structure, and encouragement as you decide what comes next.
Individual sessions are 45 minutes, held by video. Coaching is private-pay; insurance is not billed.
We can discuss the options during your consultation. There’s no expectation to choose a program on the call.

Before we meet
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. You’re welcome to bring a clear goal, a question, or an interest in making life feel more aligned with what matters to you. The consultation gives us space to explore whether coaching is a useful next step.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is a forward-looking partnership focused on strengths, personal development, and practical action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy or crisis support.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions take place by video. Jesse is based in Durham, North Carolina, and works with adults across the United States.
What does coaching cost?
Current individual programs include 4 sessions for $700, 8 for $1,350, or 16 for $2,700. Sessions are 45 minutes. This is a private-pay service, and insurance is not billed. The initial 25-minute consultation is free.
